    • Visit www.stjudewellnesscenter.org, enter your email in the pop-up box for email updates, and click the “Videos” tab for a variety of fitness, nutrition, restorative and mental health videos you can follow from home!

    • Follow St. Jude Wellness Center on Facebook or Instagram @stjudewellnesscenter for daily tips, videos and inspiration! St. Jude is using in their Each Mind Matters Campaign to help people cope with COVID-19. Feel Free to use and share. 


Mental Health Resources

AMFM Mental Health Treatment - A men’s residential mental‑health treatment program offering 24/7 support and evidence‑based care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related conditions in a structured, home‑like setting.

BeWellLine – offers 24/7 social, emotional, and crisis counseling to those in need of free help.

Cambodian Family – provides mental health and social support programs to refugees and immigrants, including but not limited to Cambodian refugees.

Casa Teresa – supports previously homeless women with mental health (and other) support to begin their healing journey.

Each Mind Matters - A statewide library of free mental‑health outreach materials, including toolkits, campaign graphics, and educational resources that support awareness, suicide prevention, and stigma reduction. Perfect for schools, community groups, and collaboratives looking for ready‑to‑use materials.

Families and Communities Together (FaCT) – provides family support services, including programs that reduce child abuse and neglect.

Fristers - A nonprofit supporting teen and young parents through free classes, mentoring, case management, childcare, and community connection—helping families build stability, confidence, and healthy futures.

High Hopes Counseling - A nonprofit in Tustin (formerly in Fullerton) providing affordable mental and behavioral health services for all ages, offering therapy, support groups, and community‑focused care to reduce barriers and stigma.

Jewish Addiction Awareness Network – works to decrease the stigma of addiction in the Jewish community.

Mariposa—provides individual and group therapy to over 3,000 women and families every year.

NAMI: May Mental Health Month - NAMI’s annual May campaign promotes mental‑health awareness and reduces stigma through education, storytelling, and community engagement resources.

Project Kinship – provides trauma-informed care and counseling to individuals impacted by incarceration.

Promise To Talk Each Mind Matters: Mental Health Month Online Activity Guide - A downloadable guide with simple, ready‑to‑use virtual activities that promote mental‑health awareness, connection, and stigma reduction—ideal for community groups, schools, and collaboratives hosting online events.

Raising Teens – A parenting site offering practical advice, relatable stories, and research‑informed tips to help families navigate the teen years with confidence and connection.

Start Well – focuses on improving young children's social and emotional wellness through support for parents and early care providers.

The Malama Collective – provides psychotherapy to underserved communities in Orange County.

Thrive Together OC - offers mental health supports to prevent early psychosis spectrum disorders for youth and young adults.

Radiant Futures - builds domestic violence survivors' empowerment and self-esteem via services, including mental health support.

St. Jude Neighborhood Health Center - Community clinics offering accessible primary care, behavioral health services, and wellness support for individuals and families, with a focus on affordable, patient‑centered care in North Orange County.

Western Youth Services - A trauma‑informed mental‑health organization providing integrated counseling, school‑based services, and community support for children, youth, and families across Orange County.
